BrandPOS SoftPOS transforms compatible smartphones into payment acceptance devices, helping pharmacies serve customers more efficiently during busy periods while reducing dependence on additional dedicated payment terminals.
Pharmacy staff can prepare medicines quickly, but during peak hours customers may still have to wait for one of a limited number of payment terminals. This creates a bottleneck at the final stage of an otherwise efficient pharmacy visit.
Pharmacy teams work across prescription preparation, medicine retrieval, customer assistance and home delivery. Fixed payment hardware can limit how easily staff respond when payment demand moves beyond the main counter.
BrandPOS enables authorized pharmacy staff to accept eligible digital payments on compatible smartphones, reducing dependence on a limited number of fixed payment terminals.
Complete the customer's medicine or pharmacy order through the existing service process.
Start the payment on a compatible smartphone when the customer is ready to pay.
Allow the customer to use a supported option such as a contactless card, mobile wallet, QR payment or account-to-account payment.
Process the eligible digital payment directly through the authorized compatible device.
Complete the transaction without requiring every customer to depend on the same fixed payment counter.
BrandPOS turns compatible NFC-enabled smartphones into payment acceptance devices, allowing pharmacies to expand payment capacity without purchasing a dedicated terminal for every staff member or delivery executive.
Mobile payment acceptance can benefit pharmacy owners, staff and customers by reducing dependence on fixed terminals while supporting faster and more flexible payment experiences.
